Dimirak raises capital from accredited investors through a nationwide network of Broker Dealers. Dimirak has years of experience in marketing, operations, compliance and due diligence.
The Business Problem
As a Managing Broker Dealer, Dimirak provides many services to its clients: marketing, due diligence tours, webinars, mailings, back office support, investor relations and presentations. To effectively manage the delivery of its services, Dimirak has a put in place a number of systems leveraging many data sources. However, having multiple systems accessing multiple sources of data was causing miscommunication and loss of time and productivity.
Requirements
Dimirak selected Prosperity Systems (PSI) because it met all its requirements and offered a fully integrated platform with all the services it required: video conferencing, voice conferencing, email marketing, contact management, project collaboration and email monitoring. Dimirak also needed a well-integrated platform that will allow it to streamline its business processes and regulatory compliance procedures. In addition, as a registered Broker Dealer with FINRA and SEC, Dimirak needed PSI as a third party for Electronic Storage Media, as required by law.
The Solution
Using PSI’s platform, Dimirak has streamlined its internal business processes and addressed a number requirements: “The integrated Video conferencing allows us to have regular meetings without having to wait for all to be in one room”, said Tammy Pollock, managing director at Dimirak, “with the visual aid of the video, the communication/contact has more impact as opposed to a regular conference call, not to mention our ability to easily comply with government regulation by having an integrated email and content management monitoring and tracking capabilities.”
