Secure Environment and Social productivity
Prosperity's CCM platform is Fully Secure and Compliant.
Platform Security
- Administrators do not have full access to the site
- Closed-loop mail never leaves our servers and is stored encrypted while eliminating non-solicited email or spam
- Platform does not share servers with 3rd party applications
- Safely grant outside users access to portions of the site
- Role-based functionality (admins can manage site, compliance users can access compliance features)
- Permission-based access (can send external email, can create projects)
- Security checks performed at database level to prevent users from manipulating URLs and form POST data
Data Encryption
- Bullseye uses 128/256-bit (depending on browser) SSL encryption to secure communication between client and server
- Database backups are securely encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption and stored at several undisclosed locations
- User files stored on file servers are encrypted and filenames obfuscated and leverages Windows NTFS permissions
Backups and Archiving
- Data is replicated to stand-by servers
- Database backups are replicated to stand-by server copied to offline storage and remote warm backup site
- Most records are never permanently deleted, but "archived" for compliance purposes including reporting and monitoring
